Week 1: Concept Map and Reflection

Step 1: View the following Youtube clip, take a close look at the writing . From this ask yourself do I do any of these things? What things should I try and do more of? Is this what a healthy lifestyle involves? Do I live a healthy lifestyle?  



Step 2: After watching the Youtube clip 'Beautiful Happy Life' create a concept map using bubbl.us that reflects on what you think a healthy lifestyle is or what it involves. To use bubbl.us you can either create an account by entering your email address and personal information to save to your computer, or you can choose to export it straight from the sight. Click on the menu option>then export, in the bottom right hand corner of the bubbl.us page.

Step 3: Write a small paragraph (3-4 sentences) on some or all of the words you have chosen to put on your map. This should indicate what you believe a healthy lifestyle is.

Step 4: Post both the concept map and paragraph to your blog

I believe that a healthy lifestyle is when you are feeling great about yourself and the world around you. Personally, I believe it is about forming relationships with family and friends, keeping a balanced diet, being active, getting plenty of rest for your body and most of all having fun.
